Our master roaster travels far and wide in search of the highest quality Arabica coffee to call our own.
Whether it’s from Ethiopia or India for body, Brazil for amazing aromas, East Timor for superb crema, or Nicaragua, Guatemala, Honduras or Mexico for carefully balanced acidity, we’ll go anywhere to source quality.
Each time we go out in search we come back with award winning, signature quality coffee beans to stamp the Muffin Break NZ name on.
After we have our bean we make sure it’s carefully understood by our qualified baristas so they only extract the best espresso shot.
