*Applicable to new Muffin Break or Jamaica Blue Franchisees for new locations only who pay a deposit and sign a Franchise Offer between 1st January 2023 and 30th June 2023. A credit of $40,000 will be applied to the Franchisee’s account, resulting in a reduction in Royalty payments equivalent to that sum. Once the Royalty fee credit is exhausted, normal Royalty payments resume. Royalty fee credit is not redeemable for cash and is non transferrable. Continued application of the Royalty fee credit is conditional upon the Franchisee’s ongoing compliance with its obligations to the Franchisor and may be forfeited or suspended at the Franchisor’s election if the Franchisee is in breach at any time, for which notice is given.
