Kiwi barista seeks second win at Australasian awards
Champion Wellington barista Shane Pierce knows how to prove his coffee making skills to competition judges – he thinks of them as customers.
The Muffin Break franchise owner is heading off to Sydney at the end of June to compete against eight fellow baristas from Australia and New Zealand in the 2015 Foodco Barista Championships.
Pierce was overall champion in 2014 as well as the best in Australasia of the Muffin Break franchisee baristas.
